This paper intoduces a method of time synchronization between Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) On Board Unit (OBU) based on time information received from the Narrow Band-Internet of Things (NB-IoT) module or Impulse Radio-Ultra Wide Band (IR-UWB) module to solve the problem of time synchronization in shaded areas such as tunnels.
